- Spontaneous Vocalizations: Experiencing involuntary urges to express sounds such as sighing, laughing, yelling, or chanting. 
- Altered Breathing: Experiencing spontaneous unusual breathing patterns. 
- Intense Heat or Cold: Feeling drastic changes in body temperature without a physical cause. 
- Shifts in Libido: Feeling a sudden, drastic increase or decrease in sex drive. 
Emotional Purification
- Release of Suppressed Emotions: Experiencing intense, often unexpected emotional outbursts where one may feel as if they are releasing long-held feelings. 
- Euphoric States: Encountering periods of profound joy, love, bliss, or peace. 
- Compassion and Empathy Expansion: Developing a deep sense of connection and understanding towards the emotions and struggles of others. 
Psychological Purging
- Confrontation with the Shadow: Facing one's own fears, insecurities, or previously ignored aspects of the self. 
- Cognitive Dissonance: Experiencing challenges to long-held beliefs or perceptions, leading to a restructuring of one's worldview. 
- Heightened Awareness of Ego: Becoming acutely aware of the workings of one's own ego and the transcendence beyond ego-based identity. 
Spiritual Signs

- Spontaneous Meditative States: Entering meditative or transcendent states spontaneously, even without prior meditation practice. 
- Visions and Hallucinations: Having vivid dreams, visions, or seeing lights, often associated with spiritual imagery. 
- Enhanced Intuition: Feeling a sudden increase in intuition or understanding, often accompanied by meaningful synchronicities in life. 
Cognitive and Perceptual Signs
- Altered States of Consciousness: Experiencing shifts in perception or consciousness. 
- Increased Sensitivity: Becoming more sensitive to one's surroundings, including sounds, smells, and energies.
